Cara membuat OTE - OTE
- Haluskan bawang putih, merica garam, gula..
- Campurkan bumbu halus dengan terigu dan tepung beras, penyedap, beri air, aduk merata. Adonan tidak terlalu kental. Bisa diincip dlu ya bunda, bisa ditambahkan bumbu sesuai selera..
- Masukkan sayuran yg sudah dicuci (wortel yang sudah dipasrah, tauge ke dalam adonan tepung, irisan daun bawang, irisan seledri).
- Panaskan minyak goreng dlm jumlah banyak. Panaskan juga sendok sayur (untuk mencetak ote-ote) ke dalam minyak. Untuk sendok sayur yg digunakan cetak ote-ote usahakan tidak digunakan untuk memasak sayur, jd khusus utk ote-ote saja, agar ote-ote tidak lengket saat dilepas dari cetakan saat menggoreng. Cetak adonan satu per satu. Atau kalau mau tidak dicetak ya tidak apa².
