  8. Diamkan smp uap panas hilang, simpan di lemari es (msh dibungkus serbet) agar set. Baru dipotong2..
  9. Evaluasi : td manggang 15 menit ternyata kulit permukaan adonan kurang kering sdkt lg. Next time panggang 20 menit rak bawah dan 2-3 menit rak atas.
