- Bagi adonan jadi 4 (bisa jg dibagi 6/7 sesuai warna pelangi), beri masing2 dg pewarna (merah, hijau, kuning, biru). Aduk rata sebentar, masukkan piping bag.
- Tuang ke dalam loyang yg telah dialasi kertas roti dan diolesi margarin. Dimulai bagian pojok, tuang warna merah, lalu kuning disebelahnya, kemudian hijau, biru, lalu hijau lagi, kuning dan terakhir merah.
- Panggang kurleb 20 menit.
- setelah matang, dinginkan. Keluarkan cake dr loyang, lepaskan kertas rotinya. Lalu balik cake, posisi atas yg berwarna kecokelatan diberi filling buttercream dan parutan keju. Gulung, padatkan. Bungkus dg kertas rotinya/plastik. Simpan beberapa saat dalam kulkas hingga agak keras biar mudah dipotong.
