Cara memasak Japanese roll cake
- Mix kuning telur manual saja hingga pucat, lalu masukkan susu cair aduk rata.
- Kemudian masukkan terigu dan maizena aduk rata, sisihkan.
- Mix putih telur hingga soft peak (masukkan gula bertahap saat pengocokan berlangsung 3x).
- Masukkan adonan putih telur ke adonan pertama dg teknik aduk lipat hingga tercampur rata.
- Tuang adonan ke loyang yg sudah dialasi baking paper dan dioles margarin.
- Panggang dg suhu 180°C slm 15 menit (sesuaikan dg kinerja oven masing2 ia).
- Setelah matang, keluarkan dr loyang dan biarkan dingin. Isi dg isian sesuai selera dan gulung (saya pake loyang 22x22).
- Kebanyakan isian sampe keluar2 pas dipotong (isiannya margarincream).
- Pertama x buat pake loyang 24x24x2 cm, trlalu tipis jadinya. Yg ini isian jg pake margarin cream ditambah keju cheddar parut.
