- Siapkan 300 gr terigu protein tinggi.

- Istirahatkan adonan sampai mengembang 2x lipat, tutup dengan serbet bersih atau plastik..
- Jika sudah mengembang, kempeskan adonan..
- Bagi adonan menjadi beberapa bagian @45gr(me 35gr) istirahatkn 10 menit..
- Giling memanjang adonan sampai panjang nya kira-kira 25 atau 30 cm, kemudian tangan kanan melintir ke atas dan tangan kiri melintir ke bawah, angkat adonan dan secara otomatis akan melingkar dengan sendirinya, jimpit bagian ujung nya agar kepangan tidak lepas saat di goreng..
- Balikkan sesekali agar bagian bawah donat tidak pipih sebelum di goreng.
- Goreng donat dengan api sedang cenderung kecil, bolak balikkan sesekali sampai berubah warna menjadi golden brown..
- Jika sudah matang, tiriskan dan diamkan sampai hangat, kemudian bisa dikasih topping baluran gula halus, bisa ditambah juga dengan bubuk cinammon..
