- Uleni setengah kalis asal tercampur rata tutup dengan tutup panci atau serbet diamkan 30 sampai 1 jam hingga mengembang,tergantung suhu dan raginya.
- Setelah mengembang uleni hingga kalis diamkan kembali kira2 40 menit mengembang 2 kali lipat.
- Setelah mengembang uleni perlahan dan bagi beberapa bagian saya 16 bagian.
- Ambil satu adonan giling perlahan dari tengah kepinggir,tangan kanan gulung adonan kebawah, tangan kiri gulung adonan keatas kemudian satukan plintir seperti tambang kunci adonan dibawahnya biar tidak lepas.
- Setelah semuanya sudah dibentuk diamkan kira-kira 20 - 30 menit balik adonan bagian bawah pas sepuluh menit diamkan adonan sampai mengembang ringan.
- Siapkan wajan beri minyak secukupnya dengan api sedang cenderung kecil setelah cukup panas goreng donuts balik donuts pas 5 menit jangan bolak balik biar tidak menyerap banyak minyak goreng hingga kuning keemasan (golden brown).
- Setelah matang tiriskan pas hangat-hangat balur dengan campuran gula pasir dan kayu manis bubuk kocok dalam plastik,donuts siap disantap 😋.
