  1. Siapkan 2 sdm butter.
  2. Sediakan 1 cangkir susu segar.
  3. Gunakan 3 sdm gula pasir.
  4. Gunakan 1 butir telur.
  5. Sediakan 1/2 sdt garam.
  6. Sediakan 3 cangkir tepung terigu serba guna.
  7. Siapkan 7 gr ragi instan.
  8. Sediakan minyak jagung untuk menggoreng(boleh diganti minyak biasa).
  9. Sediakan 1/2 sdt bubuk kayu manis.

Langkah-langkah membuat Twisted Korean Doughnuts/Kkwabaegi

  1. Cairkan mentega dengan api sedang. angkat dari atas kompor, tuang susu, beri gula dan garam. Aduk rata.

  3. Tuang bahan cair kewadah yang lebih besar, masukkan 3 cangkir tepung terigu. Uleni sebentar(note: adonan lumayan lengket) dan tutup dengan serbet basah atau plastik wrap. Biarkan selama 1 jam..
  4. Tonjok adonan dengan tangan, dan uleni lagi sampai lembut. Dan tutup lagi biarkan selama 30 menit.
  5. Bagi adonan menjadi 16-20. Ambil satu bagian, gulung2 dengan tangan sampai memanjang, kemudian tangan kiri menggulung kearah dalam dan tangan kanan kearah luar..
  6. Angkat gulungan dari atas talenan, dan dengan sendirinya adonan sudah melinting(kaya kue kepang bentuknya).
  7. Lakukan sampai adonan habis, diamkan 20 menit. Balik adonan setiap 10 menit, supaya gak gepeng disatu sisi. Goreng dengan minyak banyak selama 5 menit. Angkat.
  8. Ambil plastik atau wadah bertutup, masukkan 2 sendok gula+ bubuk kayu manis, masukkan donat kedalamnya dan kocok. Kkwabaegi siap disantaaap....
  9. Cat: ngulennya gak bikin pegel, tapi agak lama prosesnya. So yang gak sabar mau makan donat, jangan coba2 pake resep ini..hihi.
