  5. Dibutuhkan 8 sdm Evaporated Milk (susu skim bisa).
  6. Sediakan 2 sdm Unsalted Butter.
  7. Sediakan 1 butir telur.
  8. Gunakan 2 tetes vanilla extract.
  9. Dibutuhkan 1 liter Minyak Goreng (sunflower atau canola).
  10. Siapkan Secukupnya Garam.
  11. Siapkan Secukupnya Pala bubuk.
  12. Diperlukan Secukupnya Icing sugar untuk taburan.

  2. Di wadah lainnya campur susu,telur,garam,vanilla extract,pala bubuk aduk hingga rata,lalu campurkan dengan adonan ragi tadi, tambahkan tepung setengah bagian,lalu masukkan butter aduk hingga menyatu.
  3. Campurkan sisa tepung,uleni sampai kalis dengang tangan,pindahkan ke wadah baru yg telah di olesi minyak,tutup plastic wrap didiamkan hingga 2jam (saya taruh diatas kulkas biar hangat).
  4. Kempiskan adonan yg sudah mengembang,ambil sedikit lalu roll,tebal kira2 1 cm,potong2 diamkan beberapa saat sambil memanaskan deep fryer.
  5. Goreng setiap sisinya 1-2 menit hingga golden brown,harus cepat2 karena gampang gosong,angkat tiriskan di paper towel,taburin icing sugar,sajikan dengan chocolate dipping souce juga suka, selamat mencoba (Maapkan minyak saya agak hitam karena habis goreng ikan sebelumnya :D ).
  6. Tips : setelah adonan mengembang bisa di uleni lagi biar hasilnya padat, lalu suhu minyak yang disarankan 170-180 derajat celsius karena menggunakan teknik deep fried.
