  4. Setelah agak mengental, matikan kompor dan dinginkan.
  5. Blender durian yang sudah dipisahkan bijinya dengan susu uht dingin. Tambahkan adonan tepung maizena td, blender dengan kecepatan tinggi.
  6. Kurang lebih 10menit, tuang dalam wadah. Dan masukkan freezer semalam.
  7. Jika ingin lebih lembut, es krim yang sudah jadi di blender lagi lalu masukkan freezer lagi.
