This signature floss bun once captured many bread lovers' attention when it was first launched in Singapore and Malaysia, and I was one of them. Cara membuatnya pun cukup mudah, teman-teman dapat membuat Meat Floss Bun (Roti Tabur Abon) hanya dengan menggunakan 12 bahan dan 8 langkah saja. Bahan-bahan Meat Floss Bun (Roti Tabur Abon)

  1. Gunakan Roti.
  2. Dibutuhkan 250 gram tepung terigu serba guna.
  3. Gunakan 50 gram butter atau margarine.
  4. Dibutuhkan 7 gram ragi bubuk instan.
  5. Siapkan 1/2 sdt garam.
  6. Diperlukan 35 gram gula pasir.
  7. Diperlukan 125 ml susu cair.
  8. Diperlukan 1 butir telur kocok lepas sisakan sedikit untuk olesan.
  9. Diperlukan Topping.
  10. Dibutuhkan 80 gram mayonnaise.
  11. Dibutuhkan 3 sdm saus sambal botolan (optional).
  12. Siapkan 200 gram abon sapi atau ayam (bikin sendiri atau beli).

Rousong, also known as meat wool, meat floss, pork floss, beef floss, abon, pork sung or yuk sung, is a dried meat product with a light and fluffy texture similar to coarse cotton, originating from China. Rousong is used as a topping for many foods, such as congee, tofu, rice, and savory soy milk. Pork-floss-buns is a combination of a soft and fluffy bun, with a creamy and sweetened mayo filling and topped with savoury pork floss.

Langkah-langkah memasak Meat Floss Bun (Roti Tabur Abon)

  1. Adonan roti : campur semua bahan kecuali susu cair. Mixer dgn kecepatan rendah menggunakan attachment pengaduk roti hingga tercampur..
  2. Masukkan susu cair sedikit demi sedikit hingga adonan menyatu. Mixer terus hingga adonan kalis, lembut, dan lentur, sekitar 10 menit. Istirahatkan adonan selama 10 menit..
  3. Bagi adonan menjadi 12 potong sama besar, lalu bulatkan masing2 menjadi bola dan tata di loyang yg telah dilapisi kertas roti dan diolesi mentega. Beri jarak antara adonannya dan biarkan mengembang di suhu ruang sekitar 45 menit..
  4. Panaskan oven pada 180 derajat celcius. Olesi permukaan roti dgn sisa telur yg dicampur dgn sedikit air.. Panggang roti selama 20-25 menit atau hingga roti mengembang dan permukaannya mengkilat kecokelatan. Biarkan agak dingin..
  5. Belah masing2 roti di bagian tengah namun jangan sampai putus sampai ke dasar..
  6. Campur mayonnaise dan saus sambal. Olesi masing2 permukaan dan celah roti tsb dengan campuran tersebut..
  7. Taburkan abon ke seluruh permukaan roti. Pastikan abon menempel di permukaannya. Lakukan terus hingga habis..
  8. Sajikan segera. Roti ini paling enak disantap di hari yg sama saat dibuat. Enjoy!.
