- Dalam mangkok, tepung beras, tepung tapioka dilarutkan dengan 100 ml air.
- Rebus gula merah dengan 250 ml air jika telah mendidih dan gula larut langsung tuang ke dalam larutan tepung beras aduk rata.
- Didihkan air dalam kukusan sekaligus masukkan mangkok kosong untuk di panaskan.
- Jika air dalam kukusan sudah mendidih dan mangkok sudah panas tuang adonan tepung beras ke dalam mangkok taburi kacang merah rebus, kukus selama 20 menit, angkat dan dinginkan.
