- Oven selama 50 menit. Sesuaikan oven masing2 ya... waktunya bisa lebih atau seperti saya setelah 30 menit suhu diturunkan jd 150°C jk adonan sdh mumbul dan kecoklatan..
- Keluarkan loyang dr oven dan segera tangkupkan. Biarkan dingin. Terlihat mengembang walau tanpa baking powder.
- Potong2 jk sdh dingin... teksturnya lembutt moist. Untuk esok harinya terasa lbh manis dan aroma pisangnya lbh muncul.. yummy.
