I use original pandan leaves in this recipe too,the pandan taste come out jz nice,not too strong coz natural ingrnt cant compare with artificial..
I baked a Pandan ogura cake today n recipe called for soft peak n I m v sure mine is soft peak.
Cara membuatnya pun cukup mudah, kawan-kawan dapat membuat Ogura Pandan Original hanya dengan menggunakan 13 bahan dan 10 langkah saja. Berikut ini bahan dan cara untuk memasaknya, yuk kita coba resep Ogura Pandan Original!
Bahan Ogura Pandan Original
- Diperlukan Bahan A :.
- Siapkan 5 butir Kuning Telur.
- Diperlukan 1 butir Telur utuh.
- Siapkan 40 gr Minyak Sunco.
- Dibutuhkan 80 gr Susu cair full cream.
- Sediakan 85 gr Tepung kunci.
- Gunakan 1,5 sdk mkn Pasta Pandan.
- Gunakan 1/2 sdk teh Vanili bubuk.
- Gunakan 1/2 sdk teh garam halus.
- Diperlukan Bahan B :.
- Siapkan 5 butir Putih Telur.
- Sediakan 1/2 cream of tar - tar (boleh di skip kalau tdk ada).
- Sediakan 95 gr Gula pasir.
When I overturned the bowl, the meringue stayed n I was a bit confused as I m v sure I didn't. Ogura cake is really a chiffon cake except that it's baked in a regular baking pan, not the chiffon pan, using the water bath method. The ingredients & method of mixing are also similar except that a whole egg is also added to the yolk mixture in ogura cake. Langkah-langkah membuat Ogura Pandan Original
- Siapkan loyang yg sdh di alasi kertas roti sisihkan.
- Campur jadi satu minyak, garam, dan susu cair aduk hingga rata.
- Tambahkan kuning telur,telur utuh, vanili, pasta pandan aduk pakai whish sj ya sampai tercampur rata.
- Masukkan tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit aduk trs pakai whish sampai kalis dan tercampur rata kemudian sisihkan.
- Mixer putih telur sampai mengembang sambil tambahkan sedikit demi sedikit gula pasir sampai adonan kaku dan berjejak.
- Ambil sedikit adonan putih telur masukkan ke adonan A tadisambil di aduk pakai spatulla / whish / sepet pelan - Pelan.
- Bila sudah masukkan adonan A yg sdh di campur putih telur ke dalam adonan B aduk pelan sampai tercampur rata jngn sampai adonan jatuh ya / ambles butuh ketlatenan.
- Bila sudah masukkan ke dalam cetakan yg sdh di alasi kertas roti td, dan ambil loyang lagi isi air 1.5 cm - 2 cm taruh loyang yg sdh di isi adonan td di atasnya system Au Ben Marie.
- Oben di suhu 180 derajat jngn di buka2 baru 30 mnt di buka turunkan suhunya 150 biar matang.
- Boleh di tambahi keju atasnya bila suka,tinggal nambahi butter cream / whipping cream sprti contoh di bawah ini yummy,selamat mencoba.
