Bahan Pad thai
- Gunakan 160 gram rice noodles kering merek papa.
- Gunakan 8 buah udang kupas.
- Siapkan 3 siung bawang putih cincang.
- Sediakan Tahu kuning (potong memanjang).
- Dibutuhkan Segenggam taoge.
- Sediakan Secukupny kucai (potong kurang lebih 4 cm).

Cara membuat Pad thai
- Panaskan air sampe mendidih, masukkan rice noodle papa kurang lbh 2-3 menit, tiriskan kemudian rendam di air minum biasa sktr kurang lbh 30 detik supaya tidak lengket, angkat.
- Masukkan olive oil utk menumis, tumis bawang putih sampai wangi, kemudian masukkan udang dan tahu, aduk sampe udang berubah warna.
- Kecilkan api, masukkan rice noodle papa dan smua saos aduk rata pakai sumpit supaya tidak putus2 mienya, koreksi rasa.
- Masukkan kucai + taoge, aduk sampai rata (jangan sampai layu), angkat.
- Pad thai siap disajikan.
