Bahan Mango sticky rice
- Diperlukan 250 gr beras ketan, cuci, rendam semalam.
- Dibutuhkan Buah mangga sesuai selera.
- Sediakan 1 sachet santan instan (65ml).
- Gunakan secukupnya Gula pasir.
- Gunakan Sejumput garam.
- Siapkan 1 sdm tepung maizena, cairkan dengan air matang.
- Siapkan 500 ml Air.
- Dibutuhkan Daun pandan 2 lembar, simpulkan.
- Gunakan Chia seed/kacang sangrai cincang secukupnya untuk taburan.
Cook, stirring, just until sugar is dissolved. Put warm rice in a serving bowl. Pour coconut milk mixture over rice and stir well. Serve warm or at room temperature with mango slices.
Cara membuat Mango sticky rice
- Kukus ketan sampai setengah matang.
- Di panci lain campur santan, air, daun pandan, sedikit gula dan garam masak sampai mendidih.
- Pindah ketan yang sudah setengah matang ke dalam wadah lain, beri santan yang sudah dimasak tadi secukupnya. Aduk sampai tercampur rata, tutup dan diamkan kurang lebih 5-10 menit lalu kukus lagi sampai matang.
- Beri larutan tepung maizena ke dalam sisa santan, aduk cepat sampai mengental dan tidak ada yang menggumpal. Beri tambahan gula sesuai selera.
