Bahan-bahan Pad Thai

  1. Dibutuhkan 200 gr rice noodles (saya pakai merk papa).
  2. Dibutuhkan 8 buah udang kupas.
  3. Diperlukan 2 buah tahu kuning, potong dadu (saya pakai yun yi).
  4. Sediakan 2 bh telur ayam.
  5. Gunakan 4 bh bawang putih (cincang).
  6. Gunakan secukupnya taoge jepang.
  7. Sediakan secukupnya daun kucai.
  8. Sediakan 2 sdm minyak goreng.
  9. Dibutuhkan Bumbu Pad Thai (campurkan semua bahan menjadi 1).
  10. Siapkan 2 sdm asam jawa (dicairkan dengan 60 ml air hangat, saring).
  11. Diperlukan 3 sdm saos tomat.
  12. Gunakan 4 sdm minyak ikan.
  13. Gunakan 1.5 sdm kecap manis.
  14. Dibutuhkan 1.5 sdm saos tiram.
  15. Gunakan 3 sdm minyak sayur.
  16. Diperlukan 2.5 sdt kaldu jamur.
  17. Gunakan 1.5 sdm gula pasir.
  18. Dibutuhkan 1/4 sdt lada.
  19. Diperlukan Bahan Pelengkap.
  20. Siapkan kacang tanah tumbuk.
  21. Diperlukan gula pasir.
  22. Siapkan cabe bubuk.
  23. Siapkan jeruk nipis.

Cara memasak Pad Thai

  1. Seduh rice noodles selama 5 menit. Setelah 5 menit siram dengan air suhu ruangan. Tiriskan. (jika setelah beberapa saat mie lengket kembali siram lagi dengan air suhu ruangan).
  2. Masukkan minyak secukupnya, masukkan tahu, goreng sampai matang. Kemudian masukkan udang dan telur, oseng2 sampai matang.
  3. Masukkan rice noodles dan bumbu pad thai, aduk sampai rata, cek rasa..
  4. Masukkan taoge dan kucai. Aduk sebentar (aduk hanya sampai rata bukan mematangkan sayur).
  5. Letakkan pad thai di piring. Berikan bahan pelengkap sesuai selera.
