- Dibutuhkan 1 sdm minyak wijen.
- Sediakan 1 sdm cabe bubuk.

- Gunakan 1 buah bawang bombay,potong kotak.
- Gunakan 1/2 buah paprika merah,potong kotak(ganti tomat merah).
- Sediakan 1/2 buah paprika hijau,potong kotak(skip).
- Sediakan 5 cabe merah kering.
- Siapkan 3 batang daun bawang,potong.
- Sediakan 1 genggam kacang mede(me pke kacang tanah sangrai).

Cara memasak Kung Pao Chicken
- Siapkan fillet dada ayam,lalu potong dadu atau sesuai selera.
- Siapkan wadah, masukkan dan campur bumbu marinasi, potongan fillet ayam, aduk rata,dan tutup dengan plastik cling wrap,istirahatkan 30 menit.
- Sambil menunggu fillet ayam bumbunya meresap,campur semua bahan saus,sisihkan.
- Setelah 30 menit daging ayam di marinasi,goreng ayam,angkat lalu tiriskan.
- Panaskan minyak,tumis bawang putih cincang, jahe dan sebagian bawang bombay hingga harum,kemudian masukkan ayam,dan sausnya,aduk rata.
- Tambahkan paprika, cabe kering dan sisa bawang bombay,aduk rata dan koreksi rasa, terakhir masukkan kacang mede dan daun bawangnya,masak sebentar,angkat lalu sajikan,,,,.
