Kung Pao Chicken is from the Sichuan province in China.
The Chinese name is 宫保鸡丁 (gong bao ji ding) but some restaurants spell it as Gong Bao Chicken or Kung Po Chicken.

- Dibutuhkan 1 ons kacang mente, bisa di ganti dgn kacang goreng.
- Sediakan 4 siung bawang putih,,cincang halus.
- Dibutuhkan 2 ruas jahe, di cincang halus.
- Siapkan 4 sendok makan minyak ut menumis.
- Diperlukan Bahan saus Kung Pao:.
- Sediakan 1,1 /2 sendok makan saus tiram.
- Diperlukan 1,1 /2 sendok makan kecap asin.
- Siapkan 3 sendok makan saus sambel.
- Siapkan 2 sendok makan saus tomat.
- Sediakan 2 sendok makan gula palem/gula merah.
- Dibutuhkan 1/2 sendok teh gula pasir.
- Diperlukan 1/2 sendok teh kaldu.
- Dibutuhkan 1/4 sendok teh garam.
- Dibutuhkan 1/2 sendok teh Merica bubuk hitam.

Cara memasak Kung Pao Chicken
- Saus tiram+lada+maizena tuang ke dalam ayam yg sdh di potong kotak di aduk sampai tercampur rata simpan dalm kulkas selama 30 menit.
- Sambil menunggu ayam tadi siapkan dulu semua bumbu,, paprika potong kotak+bawang bombai potong" +bawang putih+jahe di cincang halus. Goreng kacang mente/kacang tanah..
- Siapkan saus Kung Pao, saus tiram+saus tomat+saus sambel+kecap asin+gula palem/gula merah+gula pasir+kaldu+garam+Merica bubuk aduk rata, sisihkan,, ayam di tumis sampai matang,,.
- Bawang putih+jahe di tumis sampai wangi,, masukkan ayam yg sdh di goreng tadi selanjutnya saus Kung Pao tunggu sampai meresap..
- Selanjutnya masukkan paprika,bawang bombai, Lombok tunggu sampai layu,, kemudian masukkan kacang mente cek rasa. Asli resepnya pakai Lombok kering,sama jeruk,,karena anak"ikut makan jadi gak aku pakai..
