Bahan-bahan CHOCOLATE CHIFFON Cake
- Siapkan Bahan basah :.
- Gunakan 25 gram Cokelat bubuk.
- Siapkan 85 ml Susu cair putih/cokelat panas.
- Gunakan 50 gram DCC, lelehkan.
- Diperlukan 55 gram Minyak goreng.
- Sediakan 1/2 sdt Pasta cokelat.
- Dibutuhkan Bahan lain :.
- Sediakan 100 gram Terigu protein rendah.
- Gunakan 1/2 sdt Baking powder.
- Diperlukan 6 butir Kuning telur.
- Dibutuhkan Bahan adonan putih :.
- Dibutuhkan 6 butir Putih telur.
- Diperlukan 1/4 sdt Garam.
- Gunakan 1 sdm Air jeruk nipis.
- Sediakan 140 gram Gula pasir (vy : 100 gram).

Langkah-langkah membuat CHOCOLATE CHIFFON Cake
- Adonan basah : larutkan cokelat bubuk ke dalam susu cair panas, lalu tambah DCC leleh, minyak goreng dan pasta cokelat, aduk rata sisihkan.
- Campur rata terigu dan BP, tuang 3 tahap ke adonan basah sambil diayak dan aduk pelan.
- Masukkan kuning telur, aduk rata sisihkan.
- Adonan putih : kocok putih telur, garam dan air jeruk nipis sampai berbusa, masukkan gula pasir bertahap sambil dikocok sampai kaku.
- Tuang adonan putih telur bertahap ke adonan terigu sambil aduk balik dg spatula.
- Tuang ke loyang chiffon ukuran 20 tanpa dioles apapun, hentakkan loyang beberapa kali.
- Oven suhu 160°C selama 60 menit (sebelumnya oven sudah dipanaskan dulu ya).
- Segera balikkan loyang begitu dikeluarkan dari oven.
- Setelah benar2 dingin, sisir bagian tepi dan alasnya.
- Teksturnya benar2 soft, moist, airy & fluffy... kempus dan lembut pokoke.
