Cara membuat Almond matcha brownies
- Lelehkan butter dan white chocolate dgn cara ditim. Sisihkan..
- Di wadah lain, kocok gula castor & telur dgn whisk sampai gula larut..
- Masukkan tepung terigu & greentea bubuk, aduk balik dgn spatula..
- Masukkan butter yg sudah dilelehkan dgn white chocolate kedalam adonan tepung terigu. Aduk balik dgn spatula sampai rata..
- Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang yg sdh dialasi baking paper, ratakan & beri topping almond..
- Panggang brownies dgn suhu 120' C selama 35 menit (sy pakai otang...kenali oven masing2 ya..)..
- Jangan lupa tes tusuk. Bila bag tengah masih agak lengket & beremah, berarti sdh matang. Bila masih cair, tambah 5 menit lagi. Hati2 jangan sampai terlalu kering..
