- Diperlukan Bahan A:.
- Sediakan 7 kuning telur.
- Gunakan 120 ml susu cair.
- Siapkan 80 gr minyak.
- Dibutuhkan 140 gr terigu.
- Sediakan 1/4 vanilla essence.
- Diperlukan Bahan B:.
- Dibutuhkan 7 putih telur.
- Dibutuhkan 140 gr gula pasir.
- Gunakan 1/2 sdt cream of tartar.
- Gunakan 1/4 sdt garam.
- Siapkan Pasta coklat.
Vanilla Chiffon Cake is a light cake that is made of oil, eggs, cake flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla extract (as flavoring). Cara membuat 12.1. Leopard Chiffon Cake
- Bahan A: kocok lepas kuning telur pk whisk. Masukkan susu cair dan minyak. Aduk rata.Masukkan terigu dan vanilla. Aduk rata sampai tdk ada yg menggumpal.
- Ambil 6 sdm adonan, bagi 2. Beri pasta coklat, 1 bagian warnanya lebih gelap dr yg lain.
- Mixer putih telur, cream of tartar dan garam sampe berbusa, tambahkan gula secara bertahap sambil terus dikocok sampai soft peak.
- Ambil 6 sdm adonan, lalu tambahkan masing2 3 sdm ke adonan yg sudah diberi pasta coklat. Aduk balik sampai tercampur rata, lalu masukkan ke piping bag.
- Masukkan sisa adonan putih telur ke adonan A bertahap. Aduk balik dgn spatula.
- Gambar motif leopard di sekeliling loyang. Tuang adonan ke loyang. Lalu buat motif lg diatasnya.
- Panggang dgn suhu 160 dercel selama 60 menit atau sampai matang. Sesuaikan oven masing2 ya.
- Setelah matang, keluarkN dr oven, hentakkan loyang lalu tangkupkan sampai suhu ruang.
