- Diperlukan 50 gr butter / Margarin.
- Siapkan 1 sdm rosemary kering.
- Gunakan 2 sdm madu.
- Gunakan 1 sdt garam.

- Masukan ayam ke dalam oven dan taburi bawang bombay, daun bawang, seledri dan kulit buah lemon. Dengan api kecil (saya pakai oven kompor).
- Setelah 45 menit, ayam akan mengeluarkan air, pindahi air kedalam panci. Balik ayam. Masukan sayuran yg sudah dipotong.. Masih dengan api kecil.
- Setelah 45 menit, cek kematangan...pindahi lagi air yg keluar dari ayam kedalam panci. Tutup kembali, masak dengan api besar. Sampai kecoklatan. Selesai..
- Air yg dipindahi...dimasak campur dengan jamur, tambah susu dan terigu, masak sampai mengental, koreksi rasa..jika kurang bisa ditambah garam dan lada atau kaldu jamur.. jadi saus jamur..
