Langkah-langkah membuat Ice cream
- Campur semua bahan,santan,gula pasir,garam,susu bubuk dan skm aduk rata masak dengan api sedang agak kecil sambil diaduk-aduk sampai mendidih,masukan maizena yg sudah dilarutkan dengan sedikit air/pakai air matang ya),,sambil diaduk terus sampai kuah mengental dan meletup-letup,,matikan apinya simpan diwadah biarkan dingin sebelum dimasukkan kedalam frezzer,,bekukan selama 6-7 jam(sesuaikan dengan frezzer nya ya).
- Setelah beku,,keluarkan dari wadahnya masukkan kedalam wadah yg besar hancurkan dengan ujung sendok(supaya mudah di mixer) mixer dengan kecepatan tinggi sampai tekstur menjadi halus,masukan sp mixer terus sampai mengembang banyak dan teksturnya seperti whippy cream seperti ini๐.
- Bagi-bagi adonan ice cream,,beri topping,warna dan pasta sesuai selera,,saya pakai pasta rasa alpukat dan rasa strawberry aduk pakai mixer.Masukkan kedalam wadah/cup saya pakai wadah ini saja,,cup kecil rasa alpukat,wadah yg besar saya mix rasanya(original-strawberry) masukkan kedalam frezzer biarkan beku..
