Bahan-bahan Dalgona Ice Cream
- Siapkan 1 saset nescafe clasic.
- Gunakan 1 sdm gula pasir.
- Sediakan 5 tetes pewarna makanan.
- Gunakan 50 ml air panas.
- Diperlukan 2 sdt skm.
- Sediakan 2 sdm es batu.
- Siapkan 100 ml susu full creme.

- Dibutuhkan 1 sdm skm.
- Sediakan 1 buah wafer (me:tango).
The Dalgona-inspired Ice Cream features deep coffee flavour with tiny bursts of old-school honeycomb sugar candy. A coffee lover's dream come true, the candy takes after the taste of toffee, with a mellow sweetness and a slightly bitter aftertaste. The drink felt like drinking melted coffee-flavored ice cream, and I had zero complaints. All in all, the next time I want dalgona coffee more than once a week, I would absolutely meal prep it.
Cara memasak Dalgona Ice Cream
- Dalam wadah campurkan bubuk nescafe, 1 sdm gula, pewarna makanan, skm aduk cepat dengan saringan sampai berbusa (susu bertujuan agar rasa kopi bisa ternetralkan dan tekstur busa lebih lembut).
- Setelah berbusa, siapkan gelas saji isi dengan 100ml susu full creme dan es batu..
- Simpan dalam lemari es kurleb 15-30 menit (sampai gelas dingin) lalu keluarkan dalgona tambahkan toping diatasnya. Dalgona siap dinikmati (simpan di lemari es bertujuan agar tekstur busa sedikit padat dan saat diaduk busa tidak gampang pecah/larut).
Add half quantity of cream mixture (transfer remaining mixture to piping bag & refrigerate until use) and mix gently with the help of the spatula and transfer dalgona coffee cream to piping bag.
