- Campur telur putih dan gula. Aduk dgn whisk hingga tercampur rata. Didihkan air dan tim campuran ini hingga suhu hangat smbil terus diaduk. Matikan api dan pindahkan wadah smbil terus mengaduk agar gula larut..
- Mixer campuran gula dan putih telur tsb dgn kecepatan tinggi hingga stiff peak. Lalu masukkan butter (suhu ruang) secara bertahap hingga tercampur rata. Jgn lupa masukkan vanilla biar wangi. Done :).
