  1. Dibutuhkan 500 grm protein tinggi (cakra).
  2. Dibutuhkan 2 sdt ragi instan.
  3. Dibutuhkan 2 sdm gula pasir (teksturnya agak halus ya moms).
  4. Siapkan 1/2 sdr garam.
  5. Siapkan 60 ml minyak.
  6. Dibutuhkan 30 ml madu.
  7. Diperlukan 120 ml air hangat.

  1. Biangnya : ambil sedikit air tadi,lalu beri gula pasir dan masukan ragi,aduk rata dan diamkan sampai dia mengembang.
  2. Campur semua bahan tadi,termasuk biang,uleni hingga kalis,bagi menjadi 4 bulatan lalu tutup dengan serbet diamkan selama 1jam.
  3. Setelah 1 jam,tekan2 sampai tudak ada udara di adonan krn proses pengembanga tadi, bentuk adonan bulat2 boleh d beri isian atw tdk,simpan d loyang yg sdh d alasi kertas roti dan d baluri mentega.
  4. Saya susun tanpa jarak (jangan d padatkan,asal saling bersentuhan saja.. mksd nya adonan itu loh ya 😄) dan berat masing2 50gram,lakukan di loyang yang lain hingga adonan habis.
  5. Diamkan kembali selama 20 menit (sambil menunggu moms panaskan oven ya) dan hasilnya seperti ini,ini saya susun d loyang bulat,yg d loyang kotak g sempat sy fto.
  6. Lalu panggang d oven selama 15-20 menit... taraaaa roti irit dah jadi moms 💗.
