Bahan Ogura cake pandan
- Diperlukan 5 butir kuning telur + 1 telur utuh (kocok rata).
- Diperlukan 100 gram susu cair UHT plain (bisa diganti santan).
- Gunakan 40 gram minyak sayur.
- Dibutuhkan 85 gram tepung terigu protein rendah, ayak (segita biru).
- Diperlukan 1 sdt pasta pandan.
- Siapkan 5 butir putih telur.
- Gunakan 100 gram gula pasir.
- Diperlukan 1 sdt jeruk nipis/lemon peras (utk penstabil rasa, bisa diskip).
- Siapkan 1/2 sdt garam.

Cara membuat Ogura cake pandan
- Campurkan kocokan kuning telur, susu, minyak dan pasta pandan. Aduk rata. Masukan terigu aduk rata kembali. Sisihkan.
- Kocok putih telur hingga berbusa. Masukan perasan jeruk, garam, dan gula sedikit sedikit. Aduk hingga rata, kaku dan mengembang (dibalik tidak tumpah).
- Masukan kocokan putih telur kebahan bahan pertama. Campur sedikit sedikit. Aduk dgn spatula (aduknya tidak usah pakai tenaga ya, yang penting tercampur rata semua) masukan kedalam loyang yang sudah dialas kertas baking. Di hentak2 agar tdk ada udara didalam loyang.
- Panaskan oven 150°C selama 15 menit. Beri loyang yang di isi air. (Memanggang dgn cara di steam). Taro loyang adonan diatas loyang yang berisi air. Panggang selama 60menit dgn suhu 150-160°C (sesuaikan dgn oven masing masing) bila di oven tangkring. Pakai api kecil. Selamat mencoba.
